Valpo Therapy Kids, LLC Cancellation Policy
At Valpo Therapy Kids, we understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans change. To ensure the best possible service for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.
1. Appointment Changes and Cancellations:
- 48-Hour Notice: We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need. 
- Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time are subject to 100% of the full service fee. 
2. No-Show Policy:
- If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of 100% of the service will be charged. This fee covers the time and resources reserved for your session. 
3. Late Arrivals:
- Please arrive on time for your appointment to enjoy the full duration of your service. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled appointment, and the full service fee will still apply. 
4. Emergency Cancellations:
- We understand that emergencies happen. If you have to cancel due to a true emergency (e.g., sudden illness, accident), please contact us as soon as possible, text is easiest, (219) 758-1482. These situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. 
5. How to Cancel or Reschedule:
- Phone: Call us at (219) 758-1482 to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 
- Email: Send an email to jthurner@valpotherapykids.com with your appointment details. 
- Online: Use our online booking system to manage your appointments. www.thurnerpt.janeapp.com 
6. Payment:
- All cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card on file or deducted from any prepaid packages or gift certificates. 
7. Prepaid Packages:
- Cancellations and no-shows will result in the deduction of the equivalent service cost from your prepaid package. 
8. Exceptions:
- We strive to be fair and understanding. If you believe there are extenuating circumstances that led to your cancellation or no-show, please reach out to us. We value our clients and will consider all situations on a case-by-case basis.
