1. LEARN WITH ME

  • Classes utilize the popular and evidence-based Learn With Less® program and help families feel confident that they can help their tiny humans thrive, using the materials you already have - no extra time or energy required.

  • Each week we focus on a new developmental concept that utilizes what you already have: your body, your voice, and a few simple objects in your environment that can be used to help you maximize your interactions with your baby/toddler, and support your baby/toddler’s development.

  • BABY and TODDLERS : 5 months - 36 months

  • MONDAYS @ 10AM)

2. BABY NURTURE ACADEMY

  • Classes are structured around my book Healthy Baby Habits: Help your baby dominate development. A guide for birth to 12 months.

  • Babies and their caregivers are going to learn hands-on techniques to help their baby through

    • tummy time (Tummy Time Method!),

    • simple infant massage

    • community support

    • preventive strategies for common infant struggles

  • I will provide developmental screenings upon request when attending this class

  • Classes are structured as a revolving 4 week series, but you can come for just one class if you like.

  • If you sign up for all 4 classes, you get my book FREE!

  • BABY NURTURE ACADEMY: babies 3 weeks to pre-crawling.

  • MONDAYS @ 11:15 AM

3. INFANT MASSAGE

  • Infant Massage can:

    • strengthen the immune system

    • stimulate brain development

    • promote sleep

    • aid in digestion

    • relieve gas and colic

    • is a sweet and nurturing bonding experience for parent and baby

  • I will guide you through specific techniques you can start using right away at home and incorporate this bonding connection in your daily routine with your baby.

  • All classes can be accessed in-person and virtual. Parents/caregivers massage their own babies while I guide you using a doll.
